Good experience for the stay.

The property was exceptionally well located. U face the untouched green with the music of the invisible running stream and water fall below. No mosquito or fly. Weather is cooling and with KAMPUNG feel.

You might be smelling the burning of the paddy field in the whole of Jatiluwih area. This might subject to the harvesting season maybe. Not sure. This was the downside of the whole area :(. It is no way the fault of the property.

Perfect peaceful stay in Jatiluwih

I loved my stay here!!! The room was lovely and clean with a beautiful view. There was a waterfall basically on site so I walked down and had my morning coffee by it. The owner is absolutely beyond kind and sorted everything for me, finding me a tour guide, personally driving me to the rice fields and an atm, making me food last minute, and arranging my driver to the next place. I just felt so welcome! It was super peaceful and it was raining quite hard during my stay and there were no leaks and I could sit on the outside decking and be completely dry.

It was a bit out of the way so it was hard to get around/ get food (but the food served at the site was great, and because I visited the rice fields there were restaurants there too). The bathroom had some holes in the wall and one of those window grates and quite a few giant hornets kept finding their way in, a bit scary!! But I just took them outside and it was fine, they also never got into the bedroom.

Great location !

The property is well located, you have your own space and terrace! You can see the rice fields from your room. Dinner and breakfast are very good! They also have a swing and you can go to the waterfall downstairs.

Lot of insects inside the room and one room didn’t have a mosquito net.

A wonderful stay in the middle of amazing nature with kind people.

It was perfect. The view was stunning, the staff were very kind, the waterfall nearby was beautiful, and the nature around was exceptional. Thank you for everything!

There were a few ants in the house and the bed linen was a bit torn, but otherwise everything was great.

Amazing place to stay for a night or two. The location was perfect, very quiet near to a beautiful waterfall, close to the real Bali. The owners were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was incredible, super tasty. Good value for money :)

Peaceful and beautiful

The property is in the middle of the jungle so you can watch the sunrise from your bed. Really amazing waterfall nearby. The food is really good (better than the one in town).

The bathroom could be improved. But the accomodation is quite cheap so you get what you pay for.

Confortable but a little overpriced and far

The hosts are very nice and this is a comfortable place.

A little overpriced. Even for transportation. Grab don’t easily go there if you are already in. Our room was the closest to the waterfall so it was noisy. If you are afraid of spiders and other bugs, you should be aware they are a few. Nothing around except the rice terraces.

I wish I could stay longer - the view was amazing…. The breakfast was delicious…. There are two waterfalls in 5-10 minutes walk distance… Yatiluwih trails 20 minutes away (walking distance) - the green scenery, the stillness of the place - I was the only guest!!! , the price (it was last minute offer - so worth it) !!! And the resto - I have ordered there dinner as well - highly recommend- taste of homemade food

The most relaxing, nurturing place to retreat myself in the jungle with fresh food and friendly vibe.

The view is just breath taking. It’s very quiet. The owner Padi is very caring and putting a lot of attention in his place. You have access to a beautiful private waterfall for your morning swim. Food is delicious.. what to say more ? Thank you 🫶🏼 wish for more of theses places in the world.

It’s my first time staying in jati luwih and this is my breathtaking experience. The room is cozy. Dinner and breakfast are fantastic and the view you waking up in the morning is majestic. I couldn’t ask for more will definitely come back 💕

A facility in need of some upgrading.

On the positive side - friendly owners, beautiful location, good breakfast, Wi-Fi and hot water worked fine.

Rustic charm would have been fine. I experienced the rustic at Padi Bali, but failed to find the charm in the bare-bones, minimalist cabin. Flying ant invasion in the evening (halted by shutting all lights) and a roof that leaked over the bed during overnight rains. Poor value when compared to other similarly priced accommodation throughout Bali.

The location has an amazing view of rice fields and the mountains. The rooms are basic but practical and worked well for us, The owner and his family took wonderful care of us. Coming home late one evening after being out all day, we ordered their home cooked dinner. One of our best meals!

Everything was great, the room was big, decoration was beautiful, the landscape is amazing. There are two waterfalls 5-10min from the room, we visited them in the morning. The food was really good. They were very nice and helpful. It was a great stay.

Basic cottage at Superb.locaction

Location right in the Middle of the rice fields. Free access to a very Nice waterfall. Super Tasty breakfast (asian dishes). Possibility to arrange transport, have lunch or dinner. Most friendly People and easy contact via Whatsapp.

Room was basic but not very clean. Some animal living on the attic of the cottage was making lots of noise during evening and night. With earplugs no problem.

Beautiful Small Cottage

The room is clean and have all you need. They have hot water and water boiler for tea. The property also is near to 2 waterfalls. Really good breakfast. You can't beat the price compare what you got.

One problem is that the wifi is not working well in the room, so don't expect too much about the internet.

Lovely place in a very balinese landscape

Lovely three cottages secluded place, for a perfect relax with natural background sound and view. Breakfast and food in general very tasty and generous portions, the local family who owns the place is super friendly and always available. From the cottages you can walk down to the waterfall in just a few minutes.

Superb location, owner is kind and nice. Nice natural sounds, lovely view from cottage - rice fields everywhere. Very good breakfast .. their ginger tea is the best :-)

We ve been here after rainy days and sheets were wet. Humidity is a trouble here but expectable.. area is specific under mountains. Wifi is weak (telkomsel mobile signal too).

An absolutely beautiful place to enjoy nature in the Jatiluwih countryside

The peace and tranquility of Padi Bali. The three individual cabins have the most amazing view across the rice field to the forest, with sunrise directly in front to wake up to. The food available to order is delicious, including a choice for breakfast, and Balinese specialities for dinner, all served on your own terrace. Big bathroom and plenty of hot water. The property also has steps down to a lovely river for a cool dip after a day of walking in the rice paddies of Jatiluwih. The property is walking distance to the official Rice Terrace walks of Jatiluwih, however beware it is a very steep hill back home.

There was no mosquito net, but there was quite a lot of insect activity (understandable being in the middle of the fields). I had my own net, so it wasn’t a problem, but worth noting.

Magic cottage next to the paddys

Everything, the reception by the lady was warm, one could feel at home. The atmosphere of being in the middle of nature, next to the rice paddys, with the sounds of crickets, frogs, waterfall, rain, thunder... It was sensational

There was no wifi signal in the furthest cottage, but at the end it was unnecessary for us.
