The room was spacious with comfy beds and decent layout. They were extremely helpful although they had very limited English (none). Through my very basic Japanese the woman behind the desk showed me where I could eat. Then showed and helped to me get on the bus to Nagasaki Station, waiting with me for it to arrive! She was so sweet, and waved happily at me as the bus pulled away. Great first night experience in Japan.
There is a black button to press when you arrive to call someone to serve you. It's wasnt very clear so I ended up standing there for about half an hour. Also the fish in the lobby look very sad.
