The hotel staff are extremely friendly and always eager to help improve your stay. Any questions we had were answered instantly. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and the bar area offers delicious food anytime you want. The food quality here is excellent—everything tastes amazing. Even though I’m usually sensitive to fishy smells, I was able to fully enjoy and trust the seafood dishes here. As for the room, it directly faces a stunning beach view, looking like a beautiful painting every single day. The bed had the perfect amount of firmness and was incredibly comfortable to sleep on, and the blanket kept us very warm. The shower is located outdoors with great water pressure and hot water. I loved that when showering at night, the lighting didn't attract any annoying flying insects. The body wash smelled amazing too—a very refreshing botanical scent. The only minor downside was the lack of a handheld showerhead; having one would make it even better. On the bright side, the indoor toilet and sink area are very spacious and comfortable. A really thoughtful touch was that after dusk, the staff would come by to light mosquito coils in the front yard. The only baffling thing was the breakfast ordering system. The hotel breakfast offers main course options as well as extra options for +$2. For example, since there were 2 of us, if we only ordered 2 main items, there was no extra charge. However, if we ordered 2 main items plus an additional +$2 option, the pricing completely changed: we were charged an extra $3 for one of the main courses! It basically meant that even though our room rate already included breakfast, the hotel still found a way to charge us extra. The entire billing logic just made absolutely no sense.

We enjoyed our time here. The location on the beach and the cleanliness is stunning. Unless you ride a scooter or rent a tuk tuk there is no where to go other than walking along the beach past other resorts. The staff are lovely but I feel some training needs to be provided. After our meals and being the only ones in the restaurant, it could take 45mi ute’s before our table was cleared., just a small thing, but when you see 3 staff just chattering … I was surprised that we could only order one item off the breakfast menu - I tried to order Overnight oats and scrambled egg, and was not allowed! Later I did try the overnight oats and I would not recommend, very bland, and very little sticky mango! Our first night was not the best as after I had a shower and hopped into bed there was sand throughout it and a yucky green stain on the sheet. This was remedied the next morning but just not a nice night. Overall, I would recommend staying, it really is a magical spot with lovely friendly staff.
