About this apartment rental
This beautiful one-bedroom one-bathroom unit is located at the Marina Pinacate Resort, right in the middle of the action at the end of 13 Street within walking distance from the famous Sandy Beach, as well as restaurants and bars in the area. Located on the fifth floor with a cozy living room area with a big flat-screen TV, a beautiful kitchen completely equipped with cooking basics such as pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, and the bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and TV set, with direct access to the bathroom. The condo has a very nice pool and ocean view from the private balcony, and an easy walk to the communal areas of the resort.
In the Resort, you can enjoy one large communal pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, a children's pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, a lounge, a volleyball net, grills, palapas, and 24 hours security, and one free parking space.

We will likely bring the kids next time. Super fun and clean and great location off but near tourist areas.

The management company, FMI charged us an extra $45 dollars for towels they claimed were stained. it was my wife and i, both mid 50's and we certainly did not stain any towels... this is the scam. first off you cannot email them, we tried, could not call no number listed. it's a small amount really not worth pursing so they do this and get away with it.
the property itself is nice, we have stayed there numerous times in the past. this unit is on the top floor, great views but only 3 towels in the property. 2 bath towels and one hand towel. no face cloth, no kitchen towel and there was a bathmat. this is a 1 bedroom unit so the bedroom is facing the walkway. what we were unaware of is the noise from the surrounding bars. very loud and way past midnight. all other units we stayed in were 2 bedroom units where the master is facing the pool or water. if you go on a weekend prepare for the noise level to be up at bedtime... we found the charge for the towels very insulting, we left the unit as clean as we found it. we always do!!!
