Beachfront view and beach access.
1. In order to get go the room you have 3 flights of stairs. If you have a lot of luggage like we did, it was physically challenging, especially when three of the 4 that stayed in the room have physical handicaps. I recommend that this be in the description for handicap individuals to know beforehand.
2. The washing machine ruined an entire load of new clothes with what appeared to be bleach stains. When I informed the owner, I was told that sometimes happen due to proximity to the beach and water and they would get back to me. When I didn't hear back from them, I had to reach out again to see what they could do about the damaged items. They then said that this had never happened before and it was at that point that I was informed I could get a discount on a future visit. I didn't contact them as I was not happy with the response.

The Mexican guy at the front gate with glasses who said he was the head of the HOA super rude !!!!!!!!! To not just me but I also seen him being rude to 2 other renters there....
