Super clean! Very nice furniture in Skandinavian Style, cupboard for clothes, practical kitchen. Quiet, green, private parking and close to the waterside. The host was very nice and quickly gave positive response. Next day we catched the ferryboot to Denmark very early . I absolutely recommend.

We were a group of three adults and two children catching an early ferry from Larvik to Hirtshals, Denmark. We booked two units: a one bedroom apartment and a studio loft. My mom stayed in the one bedroom apartment, while my family stayed in the studio loft with our kids. We had a wonderful stay! The beds were very comfortable, and everything exceeded our expectations. The property was beautifully maintained, spotless, cozy, and well equipped. Having a fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, which was very convenient for our family. It free parking, and we felt our car was safe throughout our stay. Its location is excellent, close to the city center yet peaceful and relaxing. There’s a playground near the beach for kids to play.

The only minor downside was that the stairs are quite steep at the studio loft, which may be challenging for elderly guests or families with very young children/baby. But it didn’t affect our overall experience. We highly recommend this accommodation and would happily stay here again.

We only stayed one night—would have loved another!

I was in Larvik for a specific purpose -- taking a test that spanned two days at the local adult-education training center. The guesthouse worked well for that. The room was really nice, with a nice kitchen area, though I wasn't there long enough to need the kitchen except for morning coffee. (I was grateful that coffee and coffee maker were supplied.)

The proprietor was not particularly welcoming or friendly. I would call it a cold reception.
