We had an enjoyable stay despite our initial reservation.

Despite language difficulty. Celine tried to be helpful. Some minor faults were not rectified during the stay, despite promises.

There was some difficulty with communicating with owner before we arrived. Booking. Com we’re not helpful with trying to sort this initial difficulty. The door was open, but the cleaning etc was unfinished and no one was there. Celine did arrive and we had to wait 30 minutes for her to complete the preparation

Just outside St Lo in rural setting. Comfortable house with outside area great for kids. Friendly owner.

We were happy to leave the house but we really liked the donkey of the neighbours

The fact that the host wasn't there and we had to deal with a young girl who didn't speak one word English. And they should tell the guest to bring a fly swatter along because there were so so so many flies that was really disgusting. Als the smell in the house on arrival was disgusting! I think other people have been smoking in the house and you can't get rid of the smell. As or the cleaning, they need to take a course on how to clean! I had to clean the toilet because it was so dirty and that is just when we arrived!!

It had all the basic facilities.

We had troubles finding the place and there were no signs. We had to wait to check in. It is cash only and there was an issue with no change available. I think when you pay eur60 for a 1 night stay that charging a further eur30 for the linen/towels is too expensive, especially given you have to put the sheets on and take them off as well. For such a short stay also charging eur50 for cleaning if guests do not completely clean the place (vacuum/mop and wipe all surfaces/sinks/showers etc) is also very high and not what you want to do on a holiday on such a short stay.

Mooie locatie voor het verkennen van de omgeving.

Het is een prima locatie om als uitvalbasis te dienen voor het westelijke deel van Normandië. Het is een ruim huisje met een prima keuken met allerlei voorzieningen en een heerlijke douche. Buiten veel ruimte en ook een parkeergelegenheid op korte afstand. Was ook een lekker stille omgeving, omdat het iets buiten de stad ligt.

Eigenlijk niets wat niet opgelost kon worden. Toen de Wifi een beetje haperde, werd dat zonder gezeur direct opgelost. Top. Wat wel ontbrak was dat niet alle ramen beneden gordijnen hadden. Jammer, maar ook niet meer dan dat.

Logement agréable au calme. Parking à proximité du logement.

Problème de wifi aucun réseau Internet. Nous avons demandé le code wifi à plusieurs reprises au propriétaire qui est passé par booking pour nous l'envoyer mais nous ne l'avons jamais reçu. Dommage qu'il ne nous l ai pas laissé personnellement , habitant juste à côté du gîte, celà aurait évité de nombreux désagréments. Nous avons eu des soucis de voiture au départ , nous attendions mail et appel téléphonique que nous ne pouvions recevoir de tout le weekend. Boxe TV à fonctionné une journée sur 4. Il n'y a pas de rideaux aux fenêtres notamment de la porte d'entrée qui est vitrée, un autre gîte se trouvant à côté tout est visible de l'intérieur la nuit quand tout est allumé aucune intimité. Concernant la literie, les couettes sont trop petites par rapport au lit . Je trouve cela dommage quand vous payez 15 euros par lit pour les draps ! Nous y sommes allés un weekend, arrivés au soir et pas de papier toilette dans les wc , bouteille de liquide vaisselle rempli d eau ! C est le minimum que de laisser au moins un rouleau sur le dévidoir. L' accueil a été très rapide et à notre départ avons dû attendre et réveiller le propriétaire pour régler la location , n étant pas venu nous voir avant !

Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Tous les équipements sont présents pour passer un bon weekend en famille, nous n'avons pas pu profitez du jardin à cause du temps mais les enfants aurait pu jouer au badminton, au ping Pong, à la balançoire ... Le gites est très bien placé à 5 minutes des commerces de Saint-Lô, les propriétaires sont très sympathique, et répondent rapidement par messages à nos questions !
