About this apartment rental
Cute property, recently renovated, 60m from Joan Miro Park, walking distance to Plaza de España (8mn), Montjuic (10mn) and Paseo de Gracia (15mn). 1 Bedroom with 160cmx200cm Bed, 1 Full Bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen.
There are a few historical monuments such as the Monastery of Sant Pau del Camp, as well as newer additions such as the Rambla del Raval, and the MACBA (the Contemporary Art Museum of Barcelona) or the Center for Contemporary Culture of Barcelona.
In the southern part of the neighborhood an old wall and gate of the medieval city called Portal de Santa Madrona still exists as part of the Maritime Museum. The Raval is also known for its large statue of a cat by Fernando Botero, located on the Rambla del Raval. The city's most famous market, La Boqueria, is also situated in the Raval.
In the east of the neighborhood, Antoni Gaudí's Palau Güell is located on the Carrer Nou de la Rambla.

A decent space for 3 people. Air con, strong water pressure in shower, and equipped kitchen. Will say that there’s very little natural light so depends if that bothers you.

The location is so nice, being in the heart of a walkable district but a quiet street. So many restaurants nearby. (And quick drive to/from the airport also) lots of taxis available. The place is clean and welcoming. Check in and check out were so easy! Host is super responsive.

The good: great location, restaurants, grocery and hop on/off all just minutes away
The Bad: one small towel each for three days, no tissue, paper towels, cooking oil, toaster, blankets for the bed, bath soaps shampoo's hand soap, wine glasses. We used to have a VRBO and it was recommended we stay there a few days to see what it needs. Clearly, this owner has not done that. No communication until we have disembarked cruise ship with no address to go to did we have communication. We appreciated that he allowed us to stow our bags while the property was cleaned.
The Ugly: worst bed ever, slats collapsed in the middle of the night on one side. Temporarily repaired by myself only to collapse again.
I suggest you sell the expensive mirrors and get a decent bed.
