The room was massive, the beds were comfy, free drinking water, fruit, bread, coffee and the owner allowed us to check in early when we arrived off the sleeper train from Bangkok, which was so helpful!

Overall, a wonderful stay! The property was clean and comfortable, within walking distance of many attractions, and the host was very friendly. I especially appreciated having a washer and dryer on site. I would definitely stay here again—such an amazing value.

Such a lovely little homestay! The bed was more than comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and the creative design shows great attention to detail. The kitchen is well-equipped, with delicious tropical fruit and plenty of coffee options. The owner is amazing .. always smiling, helpful, and full of great local tips. She even cut fresh mango for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. Despite being close to the Old Town, China Market, and the riverside cafés, the place is surprisingly quiet (which I really appreciated as I’m sensitive to noise). They also kindly stored one of my bags while I traveled to the mountains. Highly recommended — I would happily stay here again!
