I love the open kitchen and the walking closets. I was impressed with the top roof area that have a pool, barbecue and a private gym area. Also, I loved the ample space in the whole apartment. In general, the apartment is very well equipped with all you need for your stay. I really appreciated that the provide us with enough water for drink. A lot of security in the complex. The view is a plus!!
I didn’t like that there was a smell of humidity in the whole apartment ( I open the window and washed the bed sheets. Also the offer to do a free cleaning and sheet changes). Another issue was that the pain of my bedroom was falling down and some of the kitchen as well. The owner must check the air conditioner for filtration. But beside that the place was decent enough to book it again in the future.

The location is pretty good since it is within Puerto Cancun and across the street from the shopping mall.
All the restrictions. Since the moment you register, you are given the rules of the apartment and there are so many penalties that almost makes you forget you are on holiday. Additionally, the fact that you can’t have guests is a shame.
