Great location right on the beach and beautiful view of the ocean. Access to a restaurant attached to the property. Nice big balcony. The host was very accommodating since we had luggage to store before and after our stay.
Everything was perfect, except for an odor coming from one of bathrooms. It was obvious when we first arrived and later towards the end of our stay. The condo is in the hotel zone, but at the extreme south end which is far from the city of Cancun and not walkable. The bus goes right past and can be taken to get to the city.

Close proximity to the beach, views from terrace. Spacious bedrooms and living room.
The showers in bathroom often would not drain completely, but no real problems.
The kitchen could have had more glasses and some dishwasher tablets.

We really liked the location; it was next to Playa des Delfines, right on the sea, with a magnificent view.
It had good household equipment, so you could make breakfast and cook something quick.
It provided towels and beach towels.
We didn't like the cleanliness. The balcony wasn't clean enough to sit outside.
Generally, the house was in need of maintenance. There were cracks in the walls and small details that could have been fixed.
The staff at the entrance had not been informed about our reservation, and there was a thorough check/we had to go through a rigorous check-in process.

A localização era ótima em frente a praia e o tamanho do Flat muito bom e espaçoso. Era bem equipado e a limpeza também foi boa.
Os aparelhos de Ar-condicionado não estavam funcionando. Depois de varias reclamações pelo Booking e para o gerente do Cancun Plaza Randy Mercedes informando sobre o problema, o qual só foi resolvido dia 06/09/25 a noite, ou seja, foram três diárias sem os aparelhos de Ar-condicionado funcionarem.
