This is a beautiful cottage in a peaceful location just outside of Montjean-sur-Loire. The cottage has everything you need with a full sized, well equipped kitchen, a dining area with a 6 seater table and a charming sitting room. There is a shower room, laundry and toilet downstairs . upstairs are 3 large bedrooms and a bathroom. The beams, the thick stone walls and the beautiful garden added to the ambiance. Montjean has a good Carrefour connect with an excellent butcher . There are two bakeries in the town and the walk along the river is beautiful. Finally our host was very good, meeting us and showing us the house and giving local tourism advice. She also left us a bottle of the local rose which was very appreciated.
It was not a problem for us but the spiral stairs would not be easy for people with mobility problems.
