    I liked the location of this property because it’s a couple of blocks from the Roxas night market and walking distance to other restaurant options (even a bowling alley). Grab readily available to wherever. The hotel itself is good. It’s not luxury but quite acceptable. Staff are very nice (English speaking). Daily room cleaning. Room is medium size, clean, comfortable, air conditioner, hot water, kettle, TV, desk, small closet. Elevator. Parking available. WiFi is weak but reliable. My bathroom had a noisy fan vent but it didn’t bother me. Adjoining rooms could be loud depending on neighbor. Safe with 24/7 security guard. If you’re looking for a budget hotel centrally located for Davao City, I recommend.
