    Everything was superb except for the room’s air-conditioning. Even when the hotel was new, I already noticed that the unit seemed undersized for the room, although it was still able to work reasonably well. Now that its performance has deteriorated, the room becomes noticeably uncomfortable, even with the AC running all day. Management should have the unit properly inspected and reassess whether its capacity is appropriate for the room size.
