Offensichtliche Spinnweben im Badezimmer, welliger Boden, qietschen in der Zimmerecke (Wohnung 15, hinter der Tür).

Die gute Lage zu Bauhaus und Gartenreich und der ÖPNV Anschluss. Gute zweckmäßige Ausstattung.
Die Einzelbetten sind sehr schmal, ein Licht unter den Küchenschränken sowie Handtuchhalter im Bad am Waschbecken wären ohne großen Aufwand eine sinnvolle Maßnahme.

Problemloser selbst-Check In möglich, sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden, bequeme Betten, Netto/Action Supermarkt in 5 Minuten Entfernung, sauber und gut ausgestattet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt könnte man in der Küche die Ausstattung etwas aufstocken, aber das wurde hier an anderer Stelle auch schon thematisiert. Für ein paar Tage ist es ok. Es roch etwas im Badezimmer aus dem Abfluss.

Geräumige, aber doch sehr einfache Unterkunft. Checken war gut.
Dusche teilweise kaputt. Kein Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Zucker in der Küche. Keine Seife (Duschgel, na gut in einer Pension) im Bad. Möbel etwas oll (Sofa) und einfach. WLAN ist leider sehr schlecht.
