Großzügig geschnitten, also viel Platz, hell, funktional, prima.

Einige Schönheitsfehler, wie sich verschiebender Laminat, weil die Abschlussleiste fehlt... Kleinigkeiten.

Es war ruhig. Es gab Rollläden an den Fenstern.

Betten extrem weich, durchgelesen, Lattenrost defekt. Ein Bett im Wohnungsflur. Bodenbelag defekt. Fensterbeschläge müssen eingestellt werden. Tür zum Balkon lässt sich nicht ganz schließen (Hochparterre!) Kein WLAN?, keine Bedienungsanleitungen für Fernseher, für Waschmaschine, für WLAN. Fugen an der Badewanne mit schwarzem Schimmel.
