The communication from Annette was the best! She worked really hard to ensure our stay met all our expectations. She was super helpful when we needed to store luggage before check-in, she made sure the flat was exceptionally clean. She responded to all my questions promptly and thoroughly. From a service perspective, Annette was amazing! The location of the flat was perfect: two blocks from Portabello Road, which we wanted. The flat was a bit dated, but c'est la vie. We've stayed in many flats and every single one has been quirky in some way - part of the adventure! What matters is that everything worked, everything was clean, and the host was super helpful and responsive. 100% I'd stay there again.

I could list out things that I'd call "dated" or "quirky", however that would be unfair. If I wanted a 5 star experience in a perfect room, there are hotels for that. So in all honestly, if I were asked for constructive feedback for things they could do to improve my experience, there isn't anything significant. So, how about this: offer a hair drier down stairs too. That's how picky I have to be in order to find something to improve.
