Near beach in a dilapidated building

The host was charming and welcoming. The pool was a lovely option and the proximity to the beach.

The facilities were very disappointing. The building is within a complex of 1970s era condos. The lobby is in disarray with ceilings ripped open and electrical exposed. The ventilation is awful. The linens were terrible...scratchy, worn out and we were charged on arrival per person for these items only to paid in cash. This process was beyond what should be expected for the price we were charged for this booking. As we met other visitors in the elevator, they all seemed to be equally surprised with the state of the building.

Great Location, comfortable apartment.

The location and proximity to the beach were exactly what we were looking for. The part of the beach which was closest to the place, was actually the best one around, even with children's playground, showers, toilets and all infrastructure. So we were happy about it. Supermarkets and any stores to buy groceries were 5 min drive, but this wasn't a problem for us.

The remote control of the TV didn't work. It wasn't too bad as we were most of the time at the beach, but it was annoying. It shouldn't be a big deal to fix it. And it would have been also nice to have some cable channels, but this is not too important!

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft

Zuvor möchte ich die Gastgeberin loben, sehr Hilfsbereit und tolle schnelle Kommunikation. Die Wohnung war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir waren zu fünft dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten. Der kurze Weg zum Strand und zum Hansa Park ist zu betonen und auch das kleine Schwimmbad vor Ort war toll um Abends mit den Kids noch ein bisschen zu schwimmen/plantschen

Super indbydende, alt lå lige til “højre” ben. Tæt på strand og Hansa park som var grunden til vi kom ☺️
