The room was very good and comfortable, a secure parking available and the place was clean
There was no Internet available in the room (apparently the transmitters did not work) and this service (Internet) was really very important for me on that occasion

We were very satisfied with our stay at Villa Dudziak. It’s a lovely and clean place, perfect for spending time with family. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, making it an ideal spot to relax after a long journey. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everything feels well cared for. I would highly recommend Villa Dudziak to anyone looking for comfort.

The room seems to be a nice size for a family and clean, with fresh towels and bed covers. Coffee and tea are in the room (just instant, unfortunately).
A nice place to rest during travel.
My son is really scared of spiders, and on the ceiling, he found three in one corner. It seems that area hadn't been cleaned in some time.

- The hotel surroundings were truly beautiful and peaceful, especially the terrace by the water.
- Dinner was excellent — compliments to the chef for preparing such a memorable meal.
- One of the waitresses made a genuine effort to understand us despite the language barrier, which we really appreciated.
- The overall atmosphere was relaxing and ideal for a short stopover.
- Communication was a major issue. The receptionist spoke a mix of Polish, Russian, and German, and made it clear that guests who don’t speak these languages are not welcome.
- She refused to look at our booking details on the phone, saying she didn’t understand — even though it was just basic information.
- The restaurant menu was only available in Polish and German, which made ordering after a 12-hour journey very frustrating.
- As a non-native English speaker, I understand the challenges of communication, but I expected at least basic support in such a well-rated hotel.
- It’s surprising that in this region, the hotel doesn’t offer any English-language support, especially when other nearby hotels do.
