The neighborhood was very safe, with metro, tram, and bus stops located within a 5–10 minute walk. The staff made our stay even more comfortable by providing coffee, milk, and a few snacks in the room. The room also featured a lovely and cozy private terrace. Amenities such as a refrigerator, coffee maker, and other essentials were located in a small shared area outside the room, which was available for guests staying in all three rooms.
We appreciated that the air conditioning continued to operate even when we were away from the room. However, due to the high outdoor temperatures, the cooling performance could have been stronger to keep the room more comfortable.

Great amenities - free coffee, cake and some other bits of food. Got a little Christmas pack for staying too which was super nice. Check in instructions were easy enough.
Someone binned my McFlurry I left in the freezer overnight. But apart from that the room was really nice.

Easy self check-in process. Clean room and comfy bed. Very well equipped with everything needed including toothpaste/brushes etc. The small snacks were nice.
Very small room and since it is a big apartment, where you get only one room (sharing a hallway with others) and you can hear every time someone else is coming in or going out. However it was OK for 1 night
