The location is not the best but it’s close to Salerno train station and bus stops.
The staff simply shouldn’t work with guests. If you don’t message them to tell your arrival time, although you have informed it on the reservation process, you’ll be waiting outside the building, on the sidewalk… And, when the staff arrives, she will act like she was doing a favour letting you stay! Not an apology at all!
