The property is in a nice location central to both the golf and quesada.

The property has an ant problem, they were everywhere, the tiles need re grouting as the ants were coming up from everywhere, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room. Ant spray was supplied which killed them but didn’t stop them coming back. Villa needs abit of TLC walls need painting, outside needs tidying up especially at the back of the property.
