Super Geld-WERTE Wohnung mit tollem Vermieter!/ Perfect value for money with a super host

I'd like to start by saying thank you to Jean-Pierre for his fantastic hospitality. Everything was great - Jean-Pierre's dedication and thoughtfulness, the flat itself, the furnishing of it and the view from the windows of both rooms! I've travelled a lot, but I have never met a host so dedicated and thoughtful as Jean-Pierre. Apart from having put up smoothly with our belated arrival, he also prepared thoroughly for the first meeting by even inviting a friend to help translate in case we didn't speak well enough French! My biggest appreciation! The flat is very light and comfortable and well planned. It's a not-smoking flat. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to wish for (everything is in place pots, plates, cutlery etc., even an genuine Breton butter knife! :) Kitchen devices include an induction stove, an oven, a microwave and everything else a modern kitchen requires (apart from a dishwasher, which we didn't miss!). The bed is super comfy as is the daybed. All beds are equipped with bedlinen and towels. The nicely decorated bathroom includes a washing-machine; washing facilities include a modern washstand an a easily accessible shower. The flat is right on the port basin, separated from the water only by a street, which is busy during the daytime, but quiet during the night. The flat's windows are well isolated so that the cars' noise doesn't disturb. Audierne is a place with apparently a long tradition of German tourists and many shop-assistants and market sellers speak German well. Audierne is well located for interesting day-trips (i.e. max. an hour's drive - Jean-Pierre can be easily consulted for recommendations, since he knows his region) like Locronan, Quimper or Pointe du Raz and many more.

Apart from the fact that my stay was too short, there's nothing I could mention on the negative side!

Appartement très agréable, propre et bien équipé. La vue sur le port et la mer est magnifique, un vrai plaisir au quotidien. L’emplacement est idéal, proche des commerces et des balades, tout en restant calme. Le logement est confortable et correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Séjour très reposant.

Joli appartement bien aménagé avec une très belle vue sur le port, au centre d'Audierne bien situé et très calme, de belles balades à faire aux alentours sans prendre le véhicule.
