This F3 apartment of 60m² area, at 2 Quai Anatole France, 2nd floor, the facade is exposed to SUD is located in the heart of the city, the harbor, close to shops.
Renovated in 2011, it combines modern comfort with the charm of a breathtaking view of the harbor, providing
an ever-spectacular of its balconies.

Its capacity is 4 people.

Comfortable lounge with flat screen TV, DVD player.
Kitchenette, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine.

Two quiet rooms at the back, each with a bed 140 and cupboards, and a sofa bed in the lounge

Nice apartment directly at the harbour front in Audierne. As the two bedrooms are in the back, it was so quite to have a good sleep there. Brigitte is a very good host and was available all the time.

An absolutely clean, comfortable appartement in a perfect setting. Uncomparable harbour view. Unloading and loading in front of the door. 300 m to a free parking area. Staircase ist not really suitable for disabled persons. Key handover and introduction very friendly.

Eine Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf den Hafen. Eine Wohnung, in der man selber auch gerne kocht: großer Küchentisch und gute Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Während das Apartment schön, sauber und funktional ist, ließ der Eingang ins Haus leider zu wünschen übrig.

Avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement spacieux et très lumineux. Seul inconvénient : le stationnement en zone bleue. Difficulté parfois pour se garer . J'imagine que l'été durant les vacances ce doit être infernal. Sinon, très belle vue depuis l'appartement sur le port et l'animation. Nous avons bien apprécié.

Une agente immobilier gentille et accueillante, qui a répondu présente très rapidement au besoin lors de notre petit soucis. Un emplacement au top, une vue imprenable sur les bateaux et les marées. Ce coin d'Audierne offre tout à proximité et de très belles balades (petit casino, leclerc, pharmacie, et toutes les premières nécessités). Le logement est très calme et offre toutes les fonctionnalités d'une maison. Les deux chambres sont confortables et l'appartement spacieux.

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet und bequemen Betten. Toller Blick auf den Hafen in Audierne. Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, frisches Obst, Bar und Restaurants zu Fuß in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Wohnung mit fantastischen Ausblick! Tagsüber manchmal viel Verkehr auf der Straße, dafür aber fußläufig zum Markt, Bäcker, Restaurants und Geschäften. Es ist alles vorhanden und sauber, was man braucht. Auf den kleinen Balkonen können 2 Leute auf einem Hocker sitzen. Vom Esstisch kann man auf den Hafen schauen. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr ruhig. In den Schränken ist genug Platz für Kleidung etc.. Der Hausflur ist renovierungsbedürftig. Brigitte und Frau Lubart haben es Möglich gemacht, dass wir früher am Tag in die Wohnung konnten, dafür sind wir sehr dankbar! Strände und Küstenwege zum Wandern sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Quimper ist eine schöne Stadt. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. Nachts kann man frei parken und tagsüber mit einer Parkscheibe. Freie Plätze gibt es fußläufig, wenn nicht gerade Markt ist. Wir hatten - trotz der Auswirkungen von Corona - einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Danke, Brigitte.

nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement où l'on se sent bien de suite. conforme à l'annonce. très bien équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle et beaucoup de vaisselle) jusqu'au grand plat pour présenter les langoustines achetées aux halles ou à la poissonnerie. ville d'Audierne très agréable et très bien restaurée (j'y suis venue il y a 30 ans et je ne l'ai pas reconnue) région magnifique et embarcadère pour l'ile de sein à 10 mm. je reviendrai. accueil très sympathique, souriant et trés dévoué.
