We booked as there was a restaurant and bar listed, however, both were closed, but we still paid the same price as if all facilities were available and this was not made evident in the booking. One would expect some communication to explain this.

The lack of clear communication that full facilities were not available. Also we checked out at 12 noon and asked could we leave our bags till 4.30pm only to be told that the hotel was closing at 1.30pm until March. So they could not accommodate us. So we dragged our cases around. However when we returned yo the outside of the hotel to get our taxi as thuz was our pick up point, the staff were inside, which meant they could indeed have kept our cases for a few hours. Disappointed with the lack of compassion.
