Very nice and helpful staff
Higiene conditions need to improve. Some areas of the building are broken or deteriorated.

My family liked the buffet for breakfast and dinner. The kids loved the pool.
The staff that checked us in was slow, there was a line in front of me, but only one person at the front desk. There should have been more, specially at check-in time
