The room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay in the city. The location is convenient — not far from the railway station, with shops nearby. If you are planning to attend a concert at the Arena, this place is a good option, as there is direct public transport close by. The city center can also be reached quickly.
At first, the door lock code provided by the staff was incorrect, which made the check-in process a bit inconvenient.
Additionally, guests should be aware that they may receive phone calls from a hidden number a couple of days before check-in, sometimes during working hours. In my opinion, it might be more comfortable to communicate via Booking messages or email instead. Considering that phone scams have recently become more common in Poland, some guests may be cautious about answering such calls.
On a personal note, if it is clear from the accent that a guest does not speak Polish fluently, it could be helpful to ask whether they speak English. This would make communication easier and more comfortable for both sides 🙂
Lastly, during check-out, a cleaner approached me and asked me not to lock the door. This situation caused some discomfort, as it was unexpected. From a guest’s perspective, it can feel a bit unusual, especially when there is equipment inside the room. It would be appreciated if such procedures were either followed consistently or clearly communicated to guests in advance.

The place overall is nice and it’s a good value for the money. The size is really ok for one person and you have most things you need in the kitchen.
It was not suitable for the hot weather at all. The apartment was heating up extremely and the fan was not powerful enough to battle the temperatures. It was honestly unbearable. Apart from that the window handle was broken and there was no elevator, which I haven’t noticed before which can be problematic if you have a lot of luggage. Also cleaning lady was a bit rude in the morning
