budynek jest nowy, więc części wspólne bardzo schludne, wszystko działało (winda, zamki, drzwi). Samo mieszkanie również nowe, niezniszczone, urządzone bardzo przyjemnie. Jasne, odpowiednio przestronne. Balkon na wielki plus :) nie było problemów z zaparkowaniem, ale z racji tego, że niedaleko były przystanki tramwajowe, do centrum/zoo/ec1 jeździliśmy tramwajami
niestety z racji lokalizacji i niskiego piętra, w mieszkaniu było dość głośno (zwłaszcza wieczorem i nad ranem). trafiliśmy na upał, więc okna były cały czas otwarte, może warto pomyśleć o wyposażeniu w wiatraki :) z takich drobnych rzeczy: brakowało mi również mniejszych ręczników (były tylko kąpielowe), mydła w łazience, półki na kosmetyki pod prysznicem (to już moje czepialstwo), większej ilości utensyliów kuchennych. Niestety naczynia w szafkach były niedomyte (ale może to kwestia poprzednich lokatorów lub zmywarki)
