Comfortable and relaxing place to stay in lovely location

Could have done with knowing that bathroom was downstairs and back of house. It might have been on website but didn’t see it, and as I took my mum it was a bit tricky!

Perfect location for a family stay in Criccieth!

The apartment is very cosy and perfect for a family holiday. The view of the bay and castle is stunning and so peaceful and relaxing in the morning. The apartment is right next to the Castle and the owners also own the Fish and Chip shop across the road. Highly recommended.

Similar to a previous reviews, there was a lack of communication and contact with owners regarding keys and spent an anxious hour trying to get support from Booking.com. We eventually found it buried in the small print in one of our emails. Check out is listed as 9am which is too early.

Stay was great but beware of Booking.com as I feel once they have your money you are on your own

The Castle Street property is fantastic and anyone wanting an ideal location to watch the sea from their patio and explore the area will not be disappointed.

Booking.com are less than useless. We were told the owners would contact us prior to our arrival so access could be arranged. When I discussed this later with the owner they advised me they were never told of this arrangement and they were expecting a phone call from me The email address and phone number provided by Booking.com for us to contact he owners were actually for Booking.com themselves so when arriving at the property expecting the owners to be there to meet us the property was empty. We tried the email address and phone number provided and that was when we realised they were incorrect. FYI my wife was hanging on the phone for over 30 minutes without anyone answering. Numerous emails / requests later we were now thinking we had been scammed !!! We were so lucky that after what fellt like an eternity the owner (only living just down the road) happened to call at the property to carry out a small job. After i explained our situation he was very apologetic but said he was unaware of the promise to contact us and had not seen any of our emails --- but he was expecting our arrival Anyway. Property great but Booking.com rubbish, scary & I felt we were hung out to dry We are home now and still have not received a reply to our emails from booking.com .......
