The location of the hotel is great and central to town. Near a shopping complex and good access to the city. Wonderful walking and jogging routes. Staff are friendly. Great seswa!!

The rooms were clean, and the staff were beyond friendly.

There was a no cancellation policy on the booking. The amount that I confirmed for on booking.com for the 4 rooms, was not the amount that went off my credit card. We paid R1500 more than what we agreed to on booking.com Every time I walked past the front desk they told me there was something extra I had to pay for. I chose breakfast included for all our rooms, but the hotel kept wanting me to pay for the breakfast for the double room. The only person who could sort it out was the manager and we left before she arrived or arrived back after she had left each day. We then had to leave late on the Saturday to sort it out with her. The hotel did not agree with the price we paid and what booking.com had charged us, hence why they wanted me to pay for breakfast even though my booking said breakfast included. This I believe is an issue between these 2 businesses and not the client who paid. The breakfast was not worth the price.
