The facilities are clean and comfortable

The unaccommodating policies of not providing airport transfers and not allowing us to pack breakfast were unreasonable. At check-out, the receptionist billed me more than 10 times my bill, all because she thought I looked like the person who stayed in the room she billed. After I had queried the bill, she THEN asked what my room number was.

Facility is nice and clean. Most staff are very friendly

The food- was either not available or really bad. Half of the items on the menu were not there and the staff would still take your order only to come 2/3 time to say item was not available eg T- bone, lamb, only vanilla ice cream for desert. No sausages for breakfast. Your booking didn’t show them that we had paid for breakfast

Shuttle service was not available despite requesting for it

There was a no cancellation policy on the booking. The amount that I confirmed for on booking.com for the 4 rooms, was not the amount that went off my credit card. We paid R1500 more than what we agreed to on booking.com Every time I walked past the front desk they told me there was something extra I had to pay for. I chose breakfast included for all our rooms, but the hotel kept wanting me to pay for the breakfast for the double room. The only person who could sort it out was the manager and we left before she arrived or arrived back after she had left each day. We then had to leave late on the Saturday to sort it out with her. The hotel did not agree with the price we paid and what booking.com had charged us, hence why they wanted me to pay for breakfast even though my booking said breakfast included. This I believe is an issue between these 2 businesses and not the client who paid. The breakfast was not worth the price.
