Cozy fun place!

Great location! Awesome tiki bar and fantastic Italian restaurant right in the resort. Easy communication with owner.

Could use more towels. Didn't like that u need to go through a bedroom to use a restroom.

Enjoyable stay

Fantastic property for our group. The Tiki Bar and Pool and beach walking are superb. Condo is decked out like a holiday home.

For guests the Condo didn’t have a washing machine or dryer - we had to go down stairs to get washing machine cards and the instructions were very difficult so we had to ask Big Mike for help. Once you get the Washing card is ok but very confusing.

Nice place to go relax

The host was reachable and paid attention to issues quickly. Had items to be able to enjoy as a family the beach.

There was a lot of dust from construction, as well as some things that needed to be cleaned. Did not realize that hotel itself was not where I got help from it was from the host of the room. Pool needed to be cleaner. Third bedroom bed needs to be fixed.

We were unable to get normal channels on the TV. We had to go through the Internet to get limited channels. The owner should pay for cable when they are charging $ 500 per night

the location

i know my trip was planned a couple of weeks before but the staff was not prepared for our arrival. They were aware of my arrival as soon as I booked it, took more than half the payment a few days later and then proceeded to contact me the day before to take the rest of the payment. then instructed me if the room wasn’t ready by 4 that I could leave my luggage there and walk around. I’m sorry but this was not acceptable, we traveled very far to only be told they didn’t know when we would be able to get in the room. I had to call around 5 because I had not heard from them and firmly inform them to have our ready within 30 minutes because we had children and our senior parents with us. Once we were told we could “check in” we arrived 20 minutes later to unmade beds, no towels, cabinets hanging off the wall, and no working televisions. It was an unpleasant first impression to say the least. The entire condo smelled old and of nasty water. One of the showers leaked everywhere. I could go on.

The apartment pictures does not match what I walked into. The price does not match the apartment. It’s wasn’t clean or updated. This place could use some tender love and care.

Exceptional

Everything!! At first it was ... a little iffy because of all the college kids.. but, it turned out to be a very memorable trip and the college kids did their own thing!!

Great location and nice having a kitchen too

There was a lot of partying on the weekend but that quieted down before midnight. Quiet during the week and the beach was right there and beautiful! There was a lady smoking a huge bong at the pool and no one cared and the resort itself smelled strongly of marijuana. The room was very nice once inside and the location was perfect.

Bonjour. Tout était parfait. À partir de toutes les communications avec la personne responsable. Hyper rapide dans les réponses et super aimable pour nous aider à bien s'organiser. MERCI.. Le lobby est sympa avec son petit café et les décos. Valet pour la voiture courtois et disponible. La piscine et bord de plage très propre. Appartement très grand. Chambres confortables et de bonnes grandeurs. Nous avons eu un super séjour. Tout est là pour cuisiner. Calme et silencieux pour les soirées et les dodos.
