Cosy stay in an old Paris neighbourhood.

I particularly appreciated the authenticity of the little house and the care with which it has been renovated. The location was perfect for me, very close to a good Metro line (number 3). On the corner are a boulangerie and a green grocer There are cafes and supermarkets a few blocks away. The area is quaint and quiet.

The main downside is that the ground floor window opens directly onto the pavement so that there is no privacy with the window open. The narrow spiral staircase will be daunting for some perhaps.

Fantastic week in Paris

Great location, with plenty to do locally and within easy walking distance of a metro station to get around. Property was great. A quaint town house, which was perfect as a base for a family of four

Lovely stay; quiet surrounding, close to metro station.

The location is good, close to Metro station. Shops and restaurants around in the street. Take care: it's not really a touristic area, meaning in August some shops and restaurants are closed.for holiday. The good thing is: parking in August is for free.

For 4 adult the place is a bit small, for 2 persons it's perfect. We where not aware the place was on the ground floor , streetside; so we had trouble finding the keybox.

Very good location. Although the apartment is right on pathway, it is a very quiet neighborhood. You have a grocery store close to apartment that closes at 11 pm and a bread shop. The host is very helpful with information you might need. Line metro no. 3 Louise Michel is 5 min walk.

The wood parquet on second floor crackes when you walk that might be a little noisy when you sleep on the first floor, but not a big issue.

Overall it's a great place to stay for affordable city-break in Paris!

The place was well equiped in all needed utensils- traditional small parisian apartment, very tidy overall. Well situated, just 4 minutes away from the Louise Michele underground station. Near the apartment you can find bakery with amazing pastries and baguette, tabac shop with great and cheap coffee and two Carrefour City shops - all well stocked up . The neighbourhood is quiet, non-turistic, you can feel the authentic parisian vibes. Worth its affordable price!

- no heating - in September was very cold inside. - couch is quite old and it not so comfortable but for a week stay will sufficient - mold in the shower- you can see that silicone there has blackish spots but any strong cleaning detergent should do the job.

Cozy villa in a quite neighbourhood

Beautiful one bedroom villa in a quaint and cozy neighbourhood, away from hustle and bustle of Paris. Very close to metro and about 30 mins away from the city centre. The villa was very clean and well maintained. The host Bertrand was very prompt in communication. Great value for money and great place to stay.
