Very clean.. Very accommodating features within the room as well as hotel property..

I'm not a huge fan of valet parking.. Though I do appreciate our new vehicle being in a parking garage.. As someone who was once a parking attendant.. also someone who likes to clean his own windshield after.. or during a road trip.. If valet service had a cleaning squeegee and cleaned the windshields of our vehicle while in their possession.. This service would make customers feel appreciated.. Would also appreciate flavored coffee creamer

Upon arrival the valet team was quite rude. Demanded that I valet; no option to self park. The attitude was pretentious with a sense of entitlement. This is three star hotel; not a resort. Valet is not mentioned in the hotel advertisements. I parked on the street. When we left there were at least six cars plugging up the entire driveway as a result of the unnecessary valet. This is an emergency egress issue and would be shut down by the fire department. I will not be returning to this hotel as a result. I recommend the hotel terminate the valet immediately.
