The room was very nice & the view was incredible. Having an oceanfront room so close to the ocean was amazing. We loved all the indoor hot tubs. It was really nice to have the walkway to keep us from having to walk in the rain every time we went to & from the car. We were also impressed with how easy it was to get Ubers to take us to and from the hotel.

There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee provided. I went down to the Starbucks in the lobby, but no one was standing there. I asked the man at the front desk & he said they had just closed. He gave me a coffee packet for the room, but informed me that since I did not book directly through the hotel, he was not supposed to. He also informed me that we were not supposed to use the bars, the restaurants, or the Starbucks in their facility. On an unrelated note, the towels provided for the pool were awful. They were small, scratchy, and completely threadbare. We went to a beach store & bought some to use.

The resort was under repair for updates. Everyday except Sunday we woke up to the walls vibrating from whatever tool they were using several floors above us. couldn’t eat or even get a coffee downstairs in the resort w/ out an “orange” bracelet. We were provided “blue” ones that only gave us (Airbnb guests) access to the indoor pool area. On the one day (Sunday) that we thought we wouldn’t be awoken by construction noise we were sadly mistaken and in the wee hours of the morning woken up 2x, by an announcement over the fire alarm system letting guests know “you can return to your rooms” yet no actual alarm ever went off before that.
