Séjour très agréable dans un appartement agréable .

Suffisamment spacieux, équipement à disposition, appartement très propre et impeccable pour passer un petit séjour en couple ou entre amis à la mer, le personnel de l’établissement nous a très bien indiqué comment utiliser le parking payant sans se prendre la tête et le reste des indications étaient nikel, bref je recommande.

Seul bémol est le lit double, pas super confortable mais bon nous pouvons faire abstraction sur ça .

La situation géographique était top, à moins de 250 mètres de la mer. L'appartement est sympathique et cosy. L'organisation était impeccable et sans contraintes. Le stationnement est facile dans la ville.

Bon emplacement Approximité, des commerces et De La Mer et très fonctionnel. Au troisième étage, ce qui permet d’être au calme de la rue et d’avoir un point de vue sur les toits des maisons sans vis-à-vis. Lieu, joliment décoré, très cosy et chaleureux.

Bof bof

Appartement très bien situé, proche de la mer, ce qui est un vrai plus. Tout est accessible à pied : commerces, restaurants, et activités. De nombreuses places de parking disponibles à proximité. Les lits sont confortables, ce qui garantit de bonnes nuits de sommeil.

J’ai envoyé deux messages à des moments différents de la journée, mais je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. Ce manque de réactivité n’est pas très professionnel. Le lit superposé grince beaucoup et il n’y a pas de rideau dans la chambre, ce qui est assez gênant. Les couverts et ustensiles ne sont pas faciles à trouver. L’ensemble est très petit : cela peut convenir pour une nuit, mais pas pour un séjour plus long. On s’y sent vite à l’étroit. Enfin, le logement est au 3ᵉ étage sans ascenseur, et les escaliers sont longs et fatigants, ce qui représente un vrai inconvénient. Parkings casi tous payants.

Le fait que l'annonce est noté avec 2 chambres mais quil n'y en ai que une , donc voyageant avec des amis et des enfants, le placement a été compliqué, donc le titre de la location n'est pas bonne , alors cest assez cher pour une seule chambre La douche qui est tres petite et compliqué pour une personne de forte corpulence

Appartement fonctionnel, tout y est mais qq petites choses à revoir..

L appartement est sympa, tout y est .. il est fonctionnel pour accueillir 6 personnes ..mais ... Tout n'est pas appréciable et c'est bien dommage.

Les 3 étages difficiles à monter ..très très haut, bien plus que des étages ordinaires. Le canapé était très tâché, nous n'osions même pas nous assoir dessus et pire quand on l a transformé en lit.. pour le prix, les draps devraient être compris dans le prix de la location et non 20 euros en sup ! . Or on vous prévient la veille , tant pis si vous êtes déjà partis depuis qq jours, ce n est pas ce qu on avait prévu dans nos valises. Envoie d un message aux propriétaires car souci de digicode, et nous n avons jamais eu de réponse, il a fallu que nous nous débrouillons avec d' autres locataires. Alors, ne dites pas que vous êtes tout proches sur votre mail, quand vous ne réagissez pas aux messages. Merci

jamais vu autant d'équipement à disposition, autant pour le ménage que pour le plaisir (essuis de vaisselle, produit vaisselle, sel et poivre, café, tabs pour lave-vaiselle, jeux de société etc)

il manquait une chambre. pour 6 personnes c'est quand même un peu petit.
