Spacious and bright room.

Breakfast was horrible. The ac was blowing in my face regardless of the temperature.

Very nice facility, good breakfast, nice workout room, staff was helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable.

The location was excellent. The hotel was clean and felt new.

The modern room layout was not practical. The bathroom has a frosted glass door directly opposite the bed, so the light shines straight into your eyes, making it impossible to sleep while someone is using the bathroom. I was also disappointed with the front desk staff. I contacted them several times, but none of my issues were resolved. It seemed there was no communication between the front desk and housekeeping, because every time I spoke directly with the housekeeping staff, my request was resolved immediately.

The front desk manager and room were nice. It’s also in a great location, close to a lot of stores and food.

The housecleaning could’ve been better. We requested service each day and sometimes they wouldn’t come, or they would only bring towels. We were out of soap and they didn’t give us new, they also left trash in the room. They also offered complimentary coffee/tea but it was usually cold or just lukewarm.
