location was great with view out to sea. Great watching the lawn bowls right next door The breakfast was more than expected with great option to meet differeing diestary needs. The fruit was especially appreciated

Absolutely loved the homey, cozy feel, lots of TLC and fascinating eclectic decor. Beautiful old home with huge porch and large kitchen and living room windows overlooking the sea, high on a bluff. Short walk to the top of the Bluff Hill with magnificent view, and close to Napier City Center. Mario is a fantastic host and a courageous social justice warrior for everyone in the world fighting fascism! One of the favorite places I’ve stayed! Thank you, Mario!

Nice art in the rooms
Uncomfortable beds DIY breakfast very limited, that needs to be made clear when booking Bathroom really in need of renovation, Location is ok but there is really no view of the sea just the bowling club Overall very over priced
