Helen went above and beyond picking us up at the airport at 1am when the transport people were on strike. Incredibly kind. The flat was cute and spacious and Helen also provides some items for the fridge and kitchen for you, far too kind! We had a late arrival and a morning departure. Helen’s was perfect for this.

Blinds could block out more light.

The best thing about this stay was the distance from the airport. I chose it because my flight landed at 1 am, and with my bad luck, taxis were on strike until 6 am that morning. There were no Ubers, no FreeNow, no taxis available at all. Thankfully, Helen was so kind and came to pick me up! The apartment is only about 10 minutes away from the airport, which meant I could actually get some sleep and wake up rested the next day. From there, it was easy to take the metro into the city center, instead of paying around €40 for an Uber. Helen is such a nice and helpful person, and I really appreciated her hospitality.

There is no public transportation very close to the apartment. Even if you take a bus, you’ll still have to walk about 25 minutes to get there. That said, Helen is a really nice and helpful person, and her hospitality made my stay much easier.

Absolutely nothing nearby. Imagine staying in the middle of airport parking areas, abandoned farm land, and no access to public transport (25 minute walk). I am not sure why Booking says there is free Airport shuttle and I have no idea who has posted that the owner picked them up — that is not true. We asked and were told we have to take an uber. Other people also posted about owners providing food — also not true. We got a kitchen and they gave us a container of pasta to make. No sauce, no spices, just olive oil. We could have stayed in a much better place for 20% more cost, but the Booking description and comments are way off
