The plants outside, the wooden ceilings, the closeness to the airport, the fact that I was able to reserve very last-minute and the host was responded so quickly on WhatsApp and we arranged my arrival at 2am, he came out to the street to welcome me, helped me with my luggage, booked me a taxi for the next day, he was an absolute angel, I’m so grateful for this lovely man!

The room/apartment was beautiful. It was thoughtfully stocked and decorated. The balcony offers beautiful views, and it is very private. The host was also helpful in getting around town and recommending places to go. This would be an amazing place to stay for a longer period given the kitchen and other amenities.
Getting to restaurants/coffee shops is challenging without a vehicle. The host was able to help some with getting around (greatly appreciated), but something to consider.

The host greeted us at the door. He was very sweet and carried our luggage to the room. The host drove us to a restaurant on the beach. The restaurant was AWESOME! The best Greek food we have ever eaten.
There is not much to do in the immediate area. The airport is a ten minute drive. If you need to be by the airport it's great.

Nice rooms, clean and great service, close to athens airport and taxi was ahead of schedule, organized by owner.
A lot of steps to get to room, in a remote part of town,
So minimal restaurants in walking distance
$$$$
