Eco green pyramids hotel

Pros: * The rooms are very big, modern, and comfortable. * Beautiful view of the pyramids from the balcony rooms. * After speaking with reception the next day, they upgraded our room to one with balcony and pyramid view. * The hotel itself has good potential because the rooms are spacious and visually nice.

* The breakfast was extremely poor: one slice of cheese, one yogurt, very cold and hard fries, and one slice of ham. Very disappointing. * The windows are not soundproof at all. You can hear everything from outside, so bring earplugs if you want to sleep properly. * Even though we contacted the hotel twice on WhatsApp before arrival to confirm that we wanted two identical rooms with balcony and pyramid view, and we also informed them we would arrive at 4 AM (we had already paid for the previous night), check-in still took more than 30 minutes. * One of the rooms we initially received was just a basic room without balcony or pyramid view. * The receptionist during the night did not speak English very well and simply told us to discuss the issue the next day. * The boiler in our room leaked water continuously over our belongings near the sink. We informed reception, and although someone entered the room while we were away, the issue was never fixed and continued until we left.

1. Value for money- good discount and also included a good breakfast. 2. Great location- So close to the pyramids in Giza and the Great Egyptian museum 3. Great views of the pyramids - from the bedrooms and also from the hotels rooftop terrace 4. Very friendly staff All staff were always helping, supporting. We even got a breakfast box when we left one morning on a day trip. Mahmoud, Omar, Daoud & Sabrina all made the experience so much more enjoyable. Mahmoud even picked us up from the airport. He also arranged for some of my new dresses to be altered in like a few hours.. impressive. He kindly recommended some local salons for massages too. No matter what time you called them, they were always so attentive and rushed to meet our needs whether it was for towels, teabags, ironing..anything and everything. We will defo come again. We left feeling sad, like we were leaving our family ❤️

I dont like lifts lool

I had a very good accomodation here and Omar Mostafa helped us a lot with everything and drove us to the bus station also. He's very nice and knows spanish and english. Also Mahmoud treated us excellent.

Good location Helpful Staff View of pyramid

It’s still under construction or refurbishment. There were open switch boards and hence makes it risky with kids. We saw lots of windows etc still had tape on it. The rooms didn’t have any ventilation, took couple of nights for them to arrange it. It was hard to explain and get some stuff like housekeeping, towels for each person etc. hopefully with experience it will be more mature process
