Location

The room was sort of cleaned. But it was also dusty at the same time. The bathroom did not feel like it was clean. The bed sheets had some stains.

The location was great as a base to explore Athens. Great welcome from staff Good budget room for a budget price

Not much it did exactly what it said

Easy access close to everything

The room we had was right on the street so very noisy.

The position was okay, near the city center of Monastiraki. The place was tidy and clean enough. UPDATE: I had a very positive experience with the Guest Experience team.

There was no furniture, nowhere to put the suitcases, not even a simple hook for the towels. I think my room was probably the worst one in the whole property. The room door opened directly onto the street, there were no windows that could be opened, and the door was poorly insulated, so you could hear all the noise from outside. Without earplugs, it was impossible to sleep peacefully. The shower door would not stay closed, and the water in the sink drained very slowly. UPDATE: the Guest Experience team contacted me directly to better understand my concerns. I appreciated their openness, the attention given to my feedback, and their willingness to address the issues raised. They also offered compensation for the inconveniences experienced.
