Location was great: There was a beach nearby (you only needed to cross the street and go down a small "hill" to get there, you could walk to Koroni in 5 min and you had an amazing view of the sea and the town from the balcony
Owner/Manager was super friendly and helpful
Quality of the bed, appliances and bathroom was impressive
The humidity but this was not the fault of the apartment :-)
Not an issue for us but it should be noted in case people are interested that there was a large number of stairs to get to the room (but you are compensated with the view!) so it would be hard for someone with mobility problems

Perfect host. Super friendly, informative and always responsive to any request we had. The room had the most perfect veranda with an amazing view of the sea and the town. The fact that there's free parking and everything in Koroni is walking distance is a huge advantage. We had a little 3-month old with us and the communication with staff, the room amenities (eg kettle, big fridge freezer, air conditioning, renovated bathroom etc) made our stay incredibly pleasant.
I'd have to be very picky here, but, if I had to name some, these would be the shutters and the mesh to keep insects etc out on windows and doors not being in great condition. These resulted in mosquitoes and flies sometimes getting into the room.
