Ár-érték arányban jó volt, jól felszerelt ház. A franciaágy hatalmas, a környezet szép. Társasjáték is volt.

Az nem volt a leírásban, hogy szinte mellette van egy másik ház, amiben a tulaj lakik, azt hittük elszigeteltebb. Csak 4 szék van az asztalhoz, pedig 6 főre is lehet foglalni.
