House for 5 guests with 70m² in Leányfalu (128275)

The 70 m² house stands on an 800 m² plot in Leányfalu (girls' village) 25 km from the Hungarian capital Budapest, and within sight of the Danube-Ipoly National Park, on a hill with a panorama of the Danube.
The place is also considered a local recreation area of the capital and with its location directly on the Danube offers lots of opportunities for relaxation, hiking in the hills and mountains, various water sports, horse riding or just relaxing in the local g thermal bath and outdoor pool open all year round.

Our house consists of 3 rooms, kitchen, hallway and bathroom.

You enter the house via the large covered terrace.
If it should rain or the sun shines too much, you can take a seat on this terrace.

The second large sun terrace - which can be reached directly from the living room - is located at the back of the house. This terrace is ideal for extensive sunbathing because it is not visible.

Of course, you don't have to do without your usual "everyday luxury" in the kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with enough dishes, lots of glasses and kitchen utensils, so it is usually enough to switch on the dishwasher every 1-2 days.

In the living room, your family can make themselves comfortable on the sofa set.
Although the worst alternative would be to spend the vacation days on "television",
stay up to date with a satellite antenna and TV.

In the "children's room" 3 children can go to bed after an eventful day
and dream of the next day. Fully-fledged beds (no loft beds) are therefore also suitable for adults. Wardrobe and chest of drawers are at your disposal.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a display case and a wardrobe.

Terrace and garden furniture, sun loungers complete the equipment.
