Superb location, easy walk to everything the Viaducts offer. Comfortable and clean apartment with some thoughtful treats provided.

Having a basic kitchenette was extremely convenient. Its a nice room.
A bit noisy at night with the bar patrons out in the street. The bathroom is tight but ok.

Problem getting access but Emma was on hand and soon sorted everything. Smoke alarm is quite sensitive so if you cook I'd suggest opening the doors to the balcony.
Great location to explore Auckland and very handy for the ferry terminals. Room was comfortable with a great shower.
