It is a great location to be in Baku. Everything is near. House is good for the price.

Building is little old.

Flat is near 28 metro and easy access to all food shops and restaurants,bank is also in the building. Landlords is really nice guy.he is ready to help you. Hopefully ll see again.

The room was spacious and the wifi worked. The room was reasonably easy to access with only one flight of stairs. Good location to the Flame Towers. Initially communication was good and I was given an airport transfer.

I left this apartment after one night as I found the conditions unacceptable. I understand the hosts at the last minute were not able to give me the booked room as they said there were problems with the electricity. They didn't inform me of this until I arrived as I was wondering why the taxi driver was headed to a different location to the map location on booking.com. The new room was away from the centre, had racks of wet washing, dirty saucepans, no bin the bathroom (which you need for toilet paper in Azerbaijan) and only torn, old, pilled sheets. As a host, they could have removed the washing; instead I was forced to look at someone else's washing for the night. The fridge had dirty stains. The kettle for heating water had slime in it and I had to wash it out. I had to sleep on the sofa and make up my own bed, which was not very successful and the sheets moved around during the night. It was like couch surfing only worse. There were stains on the sofa. The website had a great list of amenities which were not provided. When I mentioned all this in the morning, the host told me to book elsewhere so I did. I believe I was not given what I paid for and there was no mention of reducing the cost for the night. I paid a full price for one night. I moved to a different apartment with a different host for only a few $ more and it was wonderful
