Villa Irene is located on the sea in Torre Santa Sabina, not far from Ostuni. It offers a spacious and fenced garden; inside: two bedrooms that include a balcony overlooking the garden. Near the house there are bars, restaurants and shops where you can buy fresh products every day. The center is only 700 m, to walk along the seafront or enjoy Apulian specialties, including an excellent ice cream.

Overview of the location
Torre Santa Sabina was born as a fishing village on the Adriatic coast, today it is a resort dedicated to seaside tourism.
The seafront is a meeting point for young people and families, has excellent restaurants of fish and seafood, ice cream parlors, children’s rides and pubs.
The Tower of Santa Sabina is one of three towers in octagonal shape, priest’s hat, of Puglia.
There are all the shops with traditional Apulian specialties. From the dairy, to the bakery in Bari, to the meat cooker of local farms.
At 1000 m the highway and in a few minutes you reach the villages of the Valle D'Itria in the Murgia dei Trulli.

Free and equipped beaches: 400 m on foot
Nature Reserves: 6 km from the Torre Guaceto Marine Protected Area, crystal clear waters and unspoilt landscapes. It is possible to practice snorkeling and hiking.
Natural Park: 20 km "Parco delle Dune Costiere" Torre Canne - Torre San Leonardo
Virgin landscapes used by cinematography to tell the most authentic parts of Puglia. The white road of "Fontenuova" is a postcard street.

The first town is Carovigno at 8 km, known for the Castello Dentice di Frasso and the picturesque old town. Taverns affiliated to San Vito dei Normanni at 15 km : "Nonna Mena" included in the Slow Food Guide typical family-run cuisine and "Xfood" the first Social restaurant of Apulia managed by disabled people.
Ostuni 15 km away, a charming old town with lively cocktail bars and local craft shops.

Wunderschönen Garten, wir konnten viel grillen.
5 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand.
Jedoch für Einkäufe ist ein Auto erforderlich.
Das Einzige was eine Herausforderung war, ist das Duschen. Duschgabine sehr eng.

Nous avons bien aimé cette villa qui se situe dans un quartier très calme.
Par contre, un petit souci dans la cuisine, quand nous ouvrons les placards, il y a une odeur qui est loin d'être agréable certainement du à l'humidité.
Petite suggestion : Ajouter un micro onde
Par ailleurs, très bien situé car elle n'est pas très loin de tous les sites à visiter autour de BRINDISI, ce qui nous a permis de très bien découvrir la région.
Le personnel de l'Agence est très à l'écoute et prête à rendre service "Félicitations"

Sauberes, kleines Haus, mit tollem Garten, der genug Privatsphäre bietet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Der Sandstrand, Minimarket und einige Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Der Service der Agentur war hervorragend, die Dame immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Noch vor Urlaubsbeginn haben wir Tipps für die Restaurants, Strände und weitere Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung bekommen.
Fehlerhaft finde ich aber die Beschreibung des Haues, da sind immer 2 Bäder eingegeben. Das Haus hat nur ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Bidet; zusätzlich gibt es eine Außendusche, was man aber nicht als Badezimmer bezeichnen soll.

Ce logement est très bien agencé, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires.
Petits points négatifs :
Pour aller au centre de Torre Santa Sabina, vaut mieux une voiture, à pied c'est un peu loin ou alors des vélos devraient être à disposition.
Un arbre à l'entrée perd des baies rouges qui sont très salissantes et tachent le carrelage de la maison si vous ne les évitez pas en marchant.
Points positifs ;
Au calme, vous passerez de bonnes nuits.
Grande terrasse et beaucoup de place extérieure.

Literie très bonne
Contact avec l'agence parfait, tant à la réservation, à l'arrivée et au départ tout s'est très bien passé.
Personnel de l'agence très attentif.
Moustiquaires aux fenêtres de la chambre et de la salle de bain.
Bien situé pour accéder à la voie rapide vers Brindisi ou Bari, idéal pour visiter la région.
