It also has a shaded veranda perfect for lunches or dinners outdoors. At 500 m the centre, the promenade, bars and excellent fish restaurant.

Overview of the location
Torre Santa Sabina was born as a fishing village on the Adriatic coast, today it is a resort dedicated to seaside tourism.
The seafront is a meeting point for young people and families, has excellent restaurants of fish and seafood, ice cream parlors, children’s rides and pubs.
The Tower of Santa Sabina is one of three towers in octagonal shape, priest’s hat, of Puglia.
There are all the shops with traditional Apulian specialties. From the dairy, to the bakery in Bari, to the meat cooker of local farms.
At 1000 m the highway and in a few minutes you reach the villages of the Valle D'Itria in the Murgia dei Trulli.

Nature Reserves: 6 km from the Torre Guaceto Marine Protected Area, crystal clear waters and unspoilt landscapes. It is possible to practice snorkeling and hiking.

Virgin landscapes used by cinematography to tell the most authentic parts of Puglia. The white road of "Fontenuova" is a postcard street.

La location est bien située ,proche d une plage de sable fin. Mer très propre et transparente.
Concernant la location,elle est simple,les photos du rez de chaussée ne correspondent pas vraiment aux photos de l annonce. Il y a des changements changements au niveau des meuble mais c est correct. Il manque quand même des ustensiles de cuisine et il faudrait en renouveler. La literie est bonne. Par contre il n y a que la climatisation que dans une chambre et vu la chaleur une deuxième serait indispensable dans l autre chambre qui est plus Petite. Salles d eau correct bien qu il faudrait changer la cuvette de celle d en bas.
L agence a très bien répondu à mes demandes et nous a rendu visite des le lendemain. Donc très bon retour de l agence.il suffirait de quelques améliorations pour que ce soit très bien quitte a augmenter un peu le tarif.

Casa esattamente come vista in foto..praticamente perfetta!!
Ci hanno accolto anche prima dell’orario previsto e la Signora Giusy ha terminato le pulizie previste con noi che stavano praticamente scaricando le valigie... permettendoci di non perdere neanche un minuto di mare..
Roberta intanto ... la nostra “personal manager” dell’agenzia ci ha fatto da cicerone raccomandandoci posti e luoghi da visitare.. che dire di più...

Abbiamo trovato la villetta corrispondente alle nostre aspettative, le informazioni erano corrette e precise aderenti alla realtà, l'unico neo è stato il divano che non è un divano ma una semplice brandina nel soggiorno.Basterebbe mettere un divano letto più comodo soprattutto per guardare la televisione altrimenti ci si deve sdraiare e per il prezzo della casa onestamente il divano ci vuole in quanto non è particolarmente economica poi per il resto non ho nulla da eccepire, casa molto luminosa e fresca, con la brezza del mare tutto il giorno, veramente a 300m dal mare.

There are very few villas like this one which permitt the presence of animals. This one does, and its amazing: my 2 Labradors have had a lot of outdoor enclosed space for them.Comfortable, well-equipped and so close to beaches.Suggested!
