Emplacement exceptionnel.
Pour un bien de cette qualité et de ce prix, j'ai trouvé que l'entretien laissait à désiré. Meubles de terrasse inconfortables, un était troué. Terrasse pas bien entretenue, poubelle sale, ... etc. C'est un appartement qui pourrait mériter 12/10 avec un peu plus d'attention et de soin.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, die Fotos in der Beschreibung entsprechen genau dem, was man beim Aufenthalt zu sehen bekommt. Moderne Ausstattung. Garage für Auto.

Superbe endroit, très bien placé avec une vue superbe.
On pensait profiter de la piscine mais, malheureusement pour nous, la piscine est disponible que fin juin ! A une semaine près et avec la chaleur du mois de juin ,c'est bien dommage.

Vue réellement incroyable sur la mer. Bien placé. Bon accueil et disponibilité de la personne chargée de remettre les clés.
Il est fait état d'une piscine dans le descriptif, or celle-ci n'est pas ouverte pour le pont de l'ascension. Une caution de 1200€ est également demandée sans que cela soit précisé dans l'annonce. Il n'y avait qu'1/2 rouleau de papier toilette pour 4, et pas de sac poubelle. Nous avons appris la veille au soir qu'il fallait amener tout notre linge de maison car le service lingeries ne fonctionnait pas à l'ascension.
