Le logement spacieux, le grand balcon et le design de l’ensemble du bâtiment; l’emplacement ; l’insonorisation.
De précédents locataires ont laissé un grand plat de moules (bienvenue aux mouches) et des cannettes vides sur la terrasse.

Appartement très grand et bien équipé. Juste devant la pistes cyclable de la voie du nord. Belle fenestration.
La propreté du plancher laissait à désirer de même que celui du spacieux balcon. L'appareil pour l'air climatisé n'était pas très performant et n'arrivait pas à refroidir suffisamment tout l'appartement, il aurait besoin d'un bon nettoyage.
